Cheat Gnome
Press Hold and press , , , when you are home. A sound will confirm correct code entry. Release and the Cheat Gnome will appear in front of your house next to the sidewalk. Select the gnome to get 9,999 Simoleons. This can be repeated as many times as desired until you reach 999,999 Simoleons.

Advance time six hours
Enable the "Cheat Gnome" code, then press five times, during game play. An option to advance time by six hours will now appear on the Cheat Gnome.

Change skills
Enable the "Cheat Gnome" code, then press three times, three times during game play. An option to change skills will now appear on the Cheat Gnome.
