Small players:
Press L2, R2(2), Circle(2) at the main menu.

Hint: Dive without being fouled:
While running with the ball, press R1 + R2 + L1 + L2. This will make the player dive without being fouled. Note: 75% of the time you will get a free kick, all the other times you will get a yellow card.
