Level select:
Remove all memory cards from the PlayStation before starting the game. Hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2, Press Circle, Up, X at the main menu. Keep L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 held at the "Memory card not found" screen and press Square, Down, Left, Right, Square. The message "Oh Yeah" will be heard to confirm correct code entry. The level selection screen will now be displayed.
