Utilizing cheat mode:)
Press and hold and push , , , , , , , , in the options screen . You will see a new window called SECRET at the bottom of the screen if you have entered the code correctly. Go to single player mode and submit the name NORTHEND. Every course, car and the ice cream van and cow catcher (UFO) will be unlocked.
