Cheat mode:
Press (x2), (x2), , , , at the main menu screen. A "Cheat" option will now appear at the title screen. Select that option, then enter one of the following case-sensitive codes to activate the corresponding cheat function, which can be toggled on or off (except for "All levels and emergencies").

All levels and emergencies:
Submit the code KEYTOTHECITY.

Long range stungun:
Submit the code FRYINGTIME.

Minigun instead of pistol:
Submit the code MINIFUN.

MK3 assault rifle with unlimited grenades:
Submit the code ULTIMATEPOWER.

MK4 pistol:
Submit the code ZEROTOLERANCE.

Bullets set fire to enemies:
Submit the code BURNINGBULLET.

Thermal breather MK2 has better smoke visibility:
Submit the code ISEEYOU.

Squeaky voices:
Submit the code WHATWASTHAT.

No heads:
Submit the code KEEPYOURHEAD.

Disco mode:
Submit the code DANCINGFEET.

Terror mode:
Submit the code BURNERSREVENGE.
