Chapter select:
Hold + and press , , , at the main menu. Every chapters will be unlocked at the chapter selection screen.

Unlock roast duck:
Finish the game, then return to the main menu. Then, hold + and push , , , at the main menu. You can now play as a roast duck. Or enable the "Chapter select" code. Pick Chapter 63 at the chapter selection screen. Finish that chapter to complete the game, then enable the code.
