Advent Quiz mini-game:
Successfully complete the game.

Boss Survival mode:
Successfully complete the game with both characters.

Boss Battle mode:
Successfully complete Boss Survival mode.

Model A:
Successfully complete the game after collecting all 24 medals after defeating the Bosses. Start another game session and continue until Model A appears. Use the item "A" in your inventory to unlock it.
