Customization option:
Successfully complete the game.

Unlimited ammo:
Earn 10 medals to unlock the "Unlimited ammo" option in the "Customization" menu.

Unlimited life:
Earn 13 medals to unlock the "Unlimited life" option in the "Customization" menu.

Alternate demo:
When you remain idle at the title screen, a demo will eventually begin. Go to the options-menu and change the controls. The demo will react differently, and sometimes Bishop dies during the sequence.
