If you see a man lying on the floor, help him by looking for a doctor. After you speak to the doctor, ask about the symptoms of the sickness from the man. The doctor will be in a clinic after this is done. Answer the symptoms correctly. When he ask you about the money chose, "Pay Now". Go to the man and give him the medicine. After that, go to the inn and rest. The next day, go find the man you have helped and fight with him. If you win you will receive 200 copper.
