Unlock Akuma:
Pick Super T player type, then highlight the following characters in order, waiting one second between each selection: Ryu, T. Hawk, Guile, Cammy, Ryu. Then, press and within one second press all three Punch buttons simultaneously.

Hyper Street Fighter 2: Akuma's (Gouki's) moves:

Go Hadoken: Press , , + any Punch.
Tatsumaki Senpukyaku: Press , , + any Kick.
Go Shoryuken: Press , , + any Punch.
Shakunetsu Hadoken: Press , , , , + any Punch.
Zanku Hadoken: While in air, press , , + any Punch.
